About Us

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a group of well qualified and experienced professionals in all facets of Ferro – Alloy projects, Material Handling systems, General Engineering and Refractories .

From the CEO's Desk

RgCon Services was started as a small consultancy firm by Mr. R. Giridhar in the year 1995. Mr. R.Giridhar was a Ist class graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal. After graduation he joined M/s. Ferro Alloys Corporation(FACOR) as Dy. Manager and rose to the position of Manager in about 5 years.

Founder & Ex-Proprietor

Mr. R.GIRIDHAR, was a I class, University Rank Holder from Regional Engineering College, Warangal. After his engineering ,he joined M/s FACOR as Dy. Manager and rose to the position of Manager in about 5 years.

Since he left FACOR , he worked as a General Manager for M/s Nav Bharat Ferro Alloys Ltd., and M/s GMR Ferro Alloys Group, Tekkali.
