Having worked at various places and.supervised the plant construction and  operation & maintenance of  furnaces, had gained a lot of experience and confidence in design and other aspects of Ferro-Alloys Projects.

       Mr.R.GIRIDHAR, founded a proprietary firm in 1995 under the name and style of M/s RgCon Services. Under his administration, the organisation grew from a small consultancy firm to a prominent organisation in Ferro – Alloys Project Design and Execution.

       Mr.R. GIRIDHAR was confined to consultancies until in 2005, when he starting taking up Turn-key executions. He was named India’s leading Ferro Alloys consultant and Designer in 2005. Unfortunately ,Mr R. GIRIDHAR passed away in late 2005. He left the legacy of his company in hands of efficient colleagues and staff . 

       Mr. R.Giridhar was also an esteemed Member of Institution of Engineers(MIE),Fellow of Indian Institution of Plant Engineers(FIIPE),Member of Indian Institution of Metals(MIIM), and a I class Chartered Engineer[C.Eng(I)].
