CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ( CEO)
Mr. V.K. Basu is a well known Personality amongst circles of Steel Plants, Refractories and amongst Ferro - Alloy Circles of influence. He is a well qualified Mechanical .Engineer.
He has bagged a lot of experience over the period of time . He was the General Manager of Bharat Refractories Ltd., where he worked for about 15 years and was Chief Executive of IFICO for about 8 years .

          He was in the Tata Refractories Ltd .,for a Period of 4 ½ years and M/s. IFICO Mortar as   Mechanical Engineer/ Dy. Chief Engineer for 7 years.

          He Worked for the Refractories Plant under Bokaro Steel Ltd., for 3 years and worked as Chief Executive for Maithan Ceramic Ltd., for about 2 years.

Since 1991 Mr. V.K. Basu has worked as a consultant for various companies mainly Bihar Alloys Ltd, Titagarh Steel, Indoflogats Ltd. IFGL Refractories , Maithan Ceramic Ltd. to name a few.

          He came in contact with Mr. R. Giridhar and agreed to join hands with the company in 2003 and has helped establish a strong organization since passing away of Mr. Giridhar in 2005.

         Under his administration M/s RgCon Services has taken up many Projects and expanded its reach to foreign countries such as Saudi Arabia and Zambia etc.,

HEAD OF CIVIL & STRUCTURAL WING
Mr. V.A. Reddy is a very senior personnel in Ferro- Alloy stream.  He is an engineering graduate and had finished his M.S. from USA.

                    He has done a large variety of jobs in various fields. He worked as research assistant at CWPR station (Poona) and also worked as Design Engineer for M/s. Butler Manufacturing company,USA and M/s. Vitro Engineering Company, Bombay.

He worked for an exhaustive period of about 29 years with various furnace capacities at M/s FACOR in various posts comprising Incharge of Civil Department , then promoted to Dy. Manager (works) to Manager (works) and later was the General Manager for a period of 2 years. He was also made Chief Executive and he was responsible for setting up a few plants for the group and retired voluntarily.

He was recruited as the Vice-President of Jindal Strips group and later joined M/s. RgCon Services to be head of Civil and Structural Design wing.

He has many credentials to his vast experience such as Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Fellow of Institution of Valuers , a Chartered Engineer and a Member of Society of Structural Engineers. He is a Registered Valuer of Income - Tax and an Insurance Surveyor .

HEAD OF ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION WING
Mr. Y. V. Ramaniah is a very senior electrical and instrumentation design engineer and associated with in the M/s RgCon Services since he attained superannuation in 2002.

He started as a Jr. Technical Consultant at M/s FACOR and was entrusted with plant electrical maintenance and was made Sr. Technical consultant soon.

He served as Dy. Manager (Elect. Maint.) and rendered services for a good period of 21 years at M/s. FACOR. He was manager (Elect. Maint.) by the time he attained superannuation and since then after joining RgCON , has been an important hand in setting up many successful plants in various parts of the country.

OPERATIONAL AND MAINTAINENCE SPECIALIST
Mr.Bapuji Panaik has been a close ally to Mr.R. Giridhar and he is a Ferro Alloy experienced personality. He was Plant Superintendent at M/s FACOR for about 24 years was Manager (works) for 2 Year with M/s Gautam Alloys. He rendered services at all levels and places, DGM (operations) for 1 year at M/s Sreenivasa Ferro Alloys, CEO for 4 years at M/s Shyam Ferro Alloys Ltd, CEO for about an year for M/s Vandana Powers

         He was consultant to Sova Ispat Alloys,Durgapur and Sri Karshani Alloys, Bhubaneswar for 2 years. He served as Chief General Manager for M/s Shyam Sel and under the leadership of Mr. Giridhar associated with M/s RgCon Services as production and operation specialist.

         He has earned many accolades for have been able to improve the production at many plants effectively.

         He is very experienced in the Manufacture of Alloys, Agglomoration Techniques , Alumino Thermic processes and Increasing Metal Purity as per requirement.

        He is an active participant of Executive Development Programme, a Member of Inhouse Programme an safety and work culture etc.

SPECIALIST IN PRODUCTION AND METALLURGY
Mr. Madhu Babu is a qualified metallurgist and a very experienced man in Ferro Alloys and has good reputation in Production, Maintenance and Metallurgical fields of Ferro Alloys.

He has worked for various companies of varied furnace capacities ranging from 3.6 MVA to 16.5 MVA and a variety of Ferro Alloy products such as HCFecr, HCFeMn, HCSiMn, FeSi etc.

Mr. Madhu Babu has worked with many companies at various levels of the organisation. He started as Site Supervisor for Agarwal Construction Company for a couple of years , was Asst. Manager ( Stores ) for about 2 years and was shift In-Charge at Sree Sarada Ferro Alloys Ltd. ( GMR Group). He rose to the position of Asst. Manager (Prodn.) and worked at that level for 4 ½ years at VBC Ferro Alloys Ltd.

Mr. Madhu Babu gradually rose to the position of Manager (Prodn.) for M/s. Shyam Ferro Alloys and then to Works Manager/Dy. General Manager at M/s Maithan Smelters Ltd.

He took the O & M contract for M/s. Gayatri Minerals & Alloys (P) Ltd. for a period of 1 year.

He was the General Manager for Sova Ispat Alloys Ltd. and was pulled back into their group by M/s.Shyam Sel & Power Ltd. and was made General Manager ( Ferro Alloy Division) until recently he quit the job and decided to be the metallurgist face of M/s.RgCON SERVICES and acknowledge his close association with Mr. R. Giridhar.

He is acquainted with the preparation of long term Ferro Alloy strategies, production, operation & maintenance contracts, solving critical production problems and co–ordination of project execution of Ferro Alloys.
