The fabrication & erection under our supervision takes place according to the drawings, Bar Charts, Setup or Assembly Installation Instruction Manuals and Erection Sequence Flow Chart. Providing direct supervision of specialists in the field at RgCON strive to put the clients at ease concerning project execution progress. RgCON stands guarantee against poor workmanship as far as the entire construction and items under their scope are concerned.

RgCON has a glorious history of successfully Ferro Alloy plants that have been constructed according to pre planned schedules and commissioned on time. A collection of these commissioned plants includes:

 

  • RgCON has successfully commissioned the 2 X 16.5 MVA furnaces complete with Basic Engineering, Detailed engineering and Consultancy on Turnkey basis to produce HC FeCr/HC SiMn for M/s. RAWMET FERROUS INDUSTRIES Pvt. Ltd. ( TATA ENTERPRISE ) at BHUBANESWAR.

 

  • RgCON has successfully commissioned 1 X 12 MVA furnace complete with Basic Engineering, Detailed engineering and Consultancy on Turnkey basis to produce HC FeCr, HC SiMn for M/s. CORPORATE ISPAT ALLOYS LTD., DURGAPUR.

 

  • RgCON has successfully commissioned 2 X 12 MVA furnaces complete with Basic Engineering, Detailed engineering and Consultancy to produce HC FeCr/ SiMn/ FeMn for M/s. SOVA ISPAT ALLOYS LTD., DURGAPUR.

 

  • RgCON has successfully commissioned 1 X 11 MVA furnaces complete with Basic Engineering, Detailed engineering and Consultancy to produce HC FeCr/ SiMn/ FeMn for M/s. SRC VYPAAR (P) LIMITED. DURGAPUR.

 

  • RgCON has successfully commissioned 2 X 9 MVA furnaces complete with Basic Engineering, Detailed engineering and Consultancy to produce HC FeCr/ SiMn/ FeMn for M/s. BHUTAN FERRO INDUSTRIES LIMITED. BHUTAN.
